Returns

Want to return the product? Let's solve it. You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition and original packaging. If the product is damaged or used, we can not provide the refund. Before returning, please contact us as post@astormdesign.com with your order number and let us know why you are not happy with your purchase, so we can solve the matter right away. We can not cover return costs, so the buyer needs to pay for return shipping.

Shipping in Norway

Orders are shipped with Posten within 2-3 days if the product is in stock. If it is not, we will contact you right away to provide with info when earliest the product can be shipped. Shipping is 69 NOK and free shipping on orders over 1000 NOK. If you are in Oslo, we can arrange a pick up in the studio for free and you can check out some other work there, too.

Shipping Europe & World

Orders are shipped with Norwegian Post within 2-3 days if the product is in stock, otherwise we will contact you right away to give info when earliest the product can be shipped. Shipping is 89 NOK and free shipping on orders over 1000 NOK.
